Duty Holders have a requirement demonstrate that they understand the ways in which their lifts do not meet today’s code standards; this can be provided by performing a Risk Assessment, using the guideline detailed within BS ISO14798:2013, that outlines non-compliance to BS EN81-20:2020 via cross-reference to BS EN81-80:2019.

We’ll outline any non-compliances and provide you with the resulting Risk Assessment & Lifecycle Report. This valuable information will give you a 10-year budget plan for your future lift refurbishment or replacement requirements.

Condition Surveys

We perform detailed surveys of all aspects of a lift’s components & attributes and produce reports highlighting our findings, including key points of note, any maintenance deficiencies, non-compliance to current code standards, plus recommendations for remaining expected useful life and related upgrade works, along with budget costs for those recommendations.
