Lift Maintenance Contracts - Consultants

Maintenance Quality Audits

We can audit the lifts & escalators within your portfolio and produce a report highlighting any maintenance deficiencies that require addressing under the service contract you are paying your contractor to perform to. This will ensure that your equipment has the best chance at a prolonged useful lifespan.

Maintenance Contracts

We produce detailed Maintenance Contracts to our clients’ specific requirements, and can tender to an agreed list of suitable contractors on your behalf. Following our tender analysis and formal recommendations, we can also help you to manage the ongoing day-to-day service provision by overseeing the appointed contractor’s performance, as part of our Maintenance Management suite of services.

Lift Maintenance Quality Audits - Lift Consultants

Maintenance Management

We can perform any or all of the following maintenance management duties on your behalf during the maintenance contract period:

  • Carry out an annual maintenance quality audit of the lifts / escalators.

  • Issue a maintenance quality report for each lift / escalator to your contractor which will highlight any deficiencies in the ongoing maintenance in conjunction with the maintenance contract, and highlight any unit which has ongoing performance issues.

  • Attend regular contractor review meetings with the lift contractor to discuss all aspects of their maintenance work on site.

  • Comment on LOLER inspection reports when received and issue marked-up copies to your contractor for their action.

  • Comment on any contractor quotations and make recommendations.
